The single cylinder Direct-Drive design delivers 5.4 cfm @ 100 psi. The automatic control is factory set to idle down at 135 psi and to recharge when tank pressure reaches 115 psi. The 4 hp Honda engine is equipped with low oil shut down to guard against engine damage. The Direct-Drive design eliminates drive problems by doing away with belts, pulleys and couplers. The innovative design does not use pulleys, flywheels, belts or belt-guard assemblies. The compressor is bolted directly to the engine flange which results in a lightweight, compact machine that out performs anything in its class. At (96 lbs.) and with air delivery of 12.0 cfm @ 100 psi, it is the lightest weight and highest output 5.5 HP unit on the market. The lightweight 7 gal.
